With the key positioned correctly, you can now roll the can to open it. Hold the key tightly against the base of the can and roll it in a smooth, uniform motion. I like to say “roll it baby!” as I’m opening to get pumped up. Keep rolling until you feel the can open and hear that satisfying “pop!”
Step 4: Enjoy Your Corned Beef!
Once open, you can dig right in and enjoy your corned beef. I like to take the beef out and prepare it in different ways, but you can also eat it straight from the can if you prefer. Just make sure to remove that key first!
