Open Positions
Butcher
As a butcher, you’ll prepare fresh cuts of meat to exacting standards. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and presenting meats attractively. You should have experience as a butcher along with skill using blades, saws, and other cutting tools. Knowledge of different cuts and techniques for beef, poultry, and fish is preferred.
Deli Associate
Our deli associates prepare specialty products like Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. You’ll serve customers sliced deli meats, make sandwiches, and more. Strong customer service skills are a must, along with food safety knowledge and ability to work at a fast pace.
Seafood Clerk
Our seafood clerks stock displays of fresh fish and shellfish. You’ll maintain ice levels, check for freshness, and inform customers about selections. We prefer candidates with seafood experience who can appropriately portion fish.
Meat Cutter
As a meat cutter, you’ll break down larger cuts into steaks, chops, and other retail pieces. This position requires use of band saws and other commercial equipment. Previous meat cutting experience is required.
